Return & Exchange Policy

At TIMELUX.PK, customer satisfaction is a priority. Here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Eligible Returns:

• Damaged or defective product upon delivery
• Wrong item received (e.g., wrong model or color)

How to Request a Return:

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Share a clear photo/video of the issue and your order number.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused, with all original packaging and tags.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, size preference, or general wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Cases:

• Minor color differences due to screen/display settings
• Accidental damage by the customer
• Items reported after 24 hours of delivery

Exchange Option:

If stock is available, we’ll offer an exchange for the same or a similar item. If not, store credit may be issued.

Return Shipping Charges:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong or damaged item.
